Priscilla from Brazil finished higher at the World Championships than Vilma from Lithuania. This means that Priscilla qualified herself a World Championship spot, and her host country spot will be reallocated to the next highest NOC in the country ranking that has not yet received a quota place. The country that would then be awarded would be Thailand.
