I live in California so the weather isn’t a real concern as it is in other places around the globe, but I was very happy that I had it during the US Fall Nationals at the Grand Prix BMX track last month when it started to rain during the mains. I was able to feather my brakes in the turns to avoid slipping on the new asphalt turns to pick up the win. I tell everyone who ask me why I run a disc setup the same response “it’s better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it”. I enjoy the peace of mind I have knowing that I will always have brakes when I need it.
