You might consider specializing in track builds with a 4-rider gate, like the one you posted on your social media. That could be the direction of the sport at the local level and give you a nice niche in addition to your traditional 8-rider gate track builds.

She may not be Jr.elite but she is a race who came back stronger and better and will do it again. You think about that! Or Peter Choat who broke his pelvis! Seriously. There are tons of different injuries and while I feel bad for this kid and glad to see him heal I really have to wonder.
