It’s the silly season, the time to part ways with the old team and move on to greener pastures, of sorts. Who’s leaving who and who’s going where for the 2024 season and beyond? Here’s what we know so far …
Anthony Bucardo (USA) has announce his departure from Haro Bikes for 2024 in what seems like a major reshuffle at the brand. No official announcement yet, but Anthony is currently riding an Alpha.
Lexis Colby (USA) has parted ways with Gordy’s Bicycles (as a main sponsor, we believe they will still support Lexis) and will don the distinctive Supercross BMX colours for 2024 and beyond.
Matthew Gilston (GBR) has been picked up by the new Alans BMX / UK Supercross BMX Factory Team, catch him shreading the U23 class.
Robyn Gommers (BEL) announced she is leaving Supercross BMX and will be riding for Meybo Belgium in 2024.
Stefan Heil (GER) will ride for the factory Race Inc. team for the coming season.
Mathis Jacquet (FRA), the U23 European Champion, will officially ride for Inspyre Bicycles in 2024, although he has been riding the bike for quite some time already.
Carly Kane (USA) is parting with DK Bicycles, who she has been with since 2016, and joining the legendary Huffy Bicycles.
Kam Larsen (USA), the 2023 Pan Am Games Champion, is the second high profile rider to announce his departure from Haro Bikes. 2024 will see Kam in the Answer / SSquared pit.
Romain Mahieu (FRA) leaves his Tangent Rift deal in 2023 and gets a SpeedCo. one for the 2024 Olympic year.
Thomas Maturano (ARG) and Alpha have parted ways, keep an eye out for the Junior W1 on board a Tangent Rift for 2024 and beyond.
Joshua Mclean (AUS) signs with Daylight Cycles for 2024 after doing his own thing for a couple of years.
Mathis Ragot Richard (FRA) and Tangent Rift are no longer. 2024 see the Frenchman hooking up with Inspyre Bicycles. See HERE for more info.
Louison Rousseau (FRA) and Supercross BMX are going seperate directions in 2024, no word yet on a new home for Rousseau.
Jeremy Smith (USA) has announced the end to his three year partnership with DK Bicyles, and will be riding for Hyper BMX in 2024.
