It’s transfer season, again, the time to part ways with the old team and move on to greener pastures, of sorts. Who’s leaving who and who’s going where for the 2026 season and beyond? Here’s what we know so far …
Dome Azuero (ECU) and Spad Bicycles are parting ways for 2026, no word yet on what she will be riding in ’26.
Dorte Balle (DEN) has packed up and moved to the Netherlands where she will be riding for the VDH BMX Racing team on board a Chase with support from US Pro Bikes.
Gaby Bolle (COL) and Pure Bicycles are going different directions in ’26, when she will be riding for Speed Co.
Jaymio Brink (NED) has been a free agent since the departure from the Dutch National Team but for 2026 he will ride for the stacked Meybo World Team!
Gil Brunner (SUI) has announced that his 8-year partnership with WiaWis has run its course. Gill tells us that he is not moving to another team but is rather on the search for his perfect frame. It’ll be interesting to see what he turns up at his next race …
Cedric Butti (SUI) has announced he is leaving the Chase Bicycles/US Pro Bikes European Team … … and moves to the Inspyre Bicycles Factory Team. See Press Release HERE.
Zoe Claessens (SUI), after numerous rumours, has parted ways with WiaWis and joined French brand, Sunn Bikes, for the 2028 Olympic push.
Ross Cullen (GBR) and the UK based BeStrong Sports Team and going their separate ways for the upcoming 2026 season. Ross’s LA2028 push will continue to be on a Meybo, but now part of the World Team.
Joris Daudet (FRA) and Chase Bicycles have announced that after 12 years of success they are going in different directions in 2026 … Joris will be on the BeStrong international team as the 2028 Olympics approach!
Axelle Etienne (FRA) who has just claimed the Elite Women’s French National Champion sleeve joins the Prophecy BMX team after a year or so of doing her own thing.
Marie Favrel (FRA), the current U23 W3, is leaving her club, BMX Quevert for BMX Sarrians in 2026, they’ll be benefiting from her French Cup points next season!
Leo Garoyan (FRA) has announced an end to his long partnership with Sunn Bicycles. Where to next for the talented Frenchman?
Sienna Harvey (GBR) will be joining French Cup Saint Etienne BMX for the 2026 season with lots of French Cup action to come.

Romain Mahieu (FRA) after taking a step away from BMX after the Paris Olympics, Romain is back and has announced a partnership with the UK’s BeStrong group. UPDATE: After only a short period in the BeStrong camp, Romain has announced his departure from the UK based team. As of yet there is no news of where he might be going …
Hugo Marszalek (FRA) has announced that after 7 years, he and Staystrong are following different paths in 2026. Next up for Hugo is Speed Co.
Evan Oliviera (FRA), current Jr. W1, joins the expanding Chase Bicycles full factory World Team. He will also be riding for a new club when he joins Nantes BMX Pays De La Loire in 2026.
Alexis Pieczanowsky (FRA), the current U23 World Champion leaves the Chase Euro team and joins the fully fledged Chase Bicycles World Team.
Payton Ridenour (USA) joins the BeStrong international team for the 2026 season after a year of doing her own thing. UPDATE: Only two months into 2026, Payton has left BeStrong … and is currently on team mom and dad!
Clement Rocherieux (FRA), the 2025 French Jr. National Champion and W2, is joining new French club, DN BMX Joue Les Tours, for the 2026 season.
Saya Sakakibara (AUS) after a period of doing her own things the Olympic Champion is joining the Meybo World Team for 2026.

Bethany Shriever (GBR), W1, will be going French Club Saint-Brieuc BMX for 2026 and racing the French Cup series.
