After much speculation since his crash in Tokyo, the Rio 2016 Olympic Gold medallist, Connor Fields, has officially announced his retirement from professional BMX racing via his Instagram account on the 11th Aug 2022.
‘After much thought and consideration, it is time to officially announce my retirement from professional BMX racing. I’ll still be around, just not in the gate.
