The Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) announces that the events in Papendal (Netherlands), which should have closed the 2024 edition of the UCI BMX Racing World Cup on June 22 and 23, have been cancelled.
Due to this cancellation, the winners of the 2024 UCI BMX Racing World Cup will be crowned in Tulsa, Oklahoma (USA) on 28 April, after six rounds.
The 2024 UCI BMX Racing World Championships will take place in the same country, in Rock Hill, South Carolina, from 12 to 18 May.
The UCI looks forward to returning to Papendal – a long-time host of UCI BMX Racing World Cup rounds, and venue of the UCI BMX Racing World Championships in 2021 – from 2025 for future editions of the discipline’s flagship series.
2024 UCI BMX Racing World Cup calendar:
Rounds 1 and 2: February 10 and 11, Rotorua (New Zealand)
Rounds 3 and 4: February 24 and 25, Brisbane (Australia)
Rounds 5 and 6: April 27 and 28, Tulsa, Oklahoma (USA)

Papendal returns with UCI BMX Racing World Cup in 2025
A traditional venue for the UCI BMX Racing World Cup – voted the best event five times – and host of the UCI World Championships in 2021, Papendal will return as the host venue for the UCI BMX Racing World Cup in 2025. Papendal looks forward to an unforgettable experience for all riders and BMX Racing fans. The dates will be announced at a later date.
