Episode 40:  Twan van Gendt, Dave van der Burg & Simone Christensen

In this episode James and Tory catchup and chat about Tory’s golf trip (sorry) and James’ training in Australia prior to the World Cup rounds. Then they call Twan van Gendt and talk to him about his injury (sorry, the reception was bad), Dave van der Burg to chat about what he worked on this off season with his mental coach and how his season prep is going, and Simone Christensen about her mindset going into the Olympic year and how she’s going to approach it …

Episode 39:  Caroline Buchanan

James and Tory start off 2020 with a special guest! Australian superstar, multi-time world champion, and 2x BMX Olympian Caroline Buchanan! They ask Caroline about her injuries over the last few years, how the recovery was and how she’s feeling back on the BMX bike. They also chat about the Olympics, her mental approach, and how she’s been able to successfully brand herself and be very successful off the track as well.

Episode 31:  Joris Daudet and Derek Betcher
